Diane has been actively involved with Team Fishel and our operations throughout her life as an owner and daughter of our founder, Ken Fishel. As Chairman, Diane oversees all executive management aspects of Team Fishel including the direct reporting relationships with the Board of Advisors, CEO, and President.

B.S. Denison University

Scott joined Team Fishel in 1994 as a Safety Coordinator for the Southeast Region in Atlanta. Scott has served as a Division Manager for the Denver Operations, Supervisor, Estimator, and Director of Business Development in Dallas, and Area Manager in Indiana. He was promoted to Vice President of Florida in June 2004, and Vice President of the Central Region in 2009. Scott assumed the California operations in January 2021. Scott was named Chief Executive Officer effective January 2024.

Ken joined Team Fishel in 2001 as the Director of Information Services. In March 2004, Ken was promoted to Vice President & Chief Information Officer and was also responsible for managing the Kentucky and Technologies operations. Ken was then promoted to President of The Fishel Company effective January 1, 2021. As President, Ken oversees the operations of The Fishel Company, and retains management of Columbus Fibernet LLC, MetroDuct Systems (OH & VA), and Dublink Development Company, LLC.

Randy joined Team Fishel in 1976 as a Laborer in Dayton, Ohio. He was promoted to several positions throughout his career including Foreman, Supervisor, and Area Manager. In 1998, Randy was promoted to Vice President, Central Region and then in 2009, he was promoted to Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.

Mike began his career in the summer of 2001 as a Laborer while attending college. After graduation, Mike was a Safety Coordinator in Team Fishel’s operation in California. He returned to Ohio in July 2005 as a Supervisor, then was promoted to Division Manager in 2009, and Area Manager in 2013. Mike is a 2009 graduate of the Jeff Keeler Leadership Academy (JKLA). Mike was promoted to Vice President of the Ohio operation in January 2019. Mike assumed responsibilities of the Kentucky operations January 2021. Mike was named Executive Vice President July 2023.

Beau began his career with Team Fishel in 2005 as an Installer in our Phoenix, Arizona office. Over the next 7 years, Beau worked on various crews as a Technician, Crew Leader, and Foreman. Beau was promoted to Supervisor in 2012 after graduating from the Jeff Keeler Leadership Academy (JKLA). Between 2014 and 2020, Beau served as a Division Manager, Area Manager, and Regional Manager. Beau was promoted to Vice President of the Arizona operation in 2021.

Tim started his career in 1985 as a Laborer in Dayton, Ohio. Since then Tim has been promoted to the positions of Gas Coordinator, Supervisor, Division Manager, Area Manager, and Regional Area Manager for the Ohio and Pennsylvania operations. Tim was awarded the Gray Eagle Award for Outstanding Performance and Leadership Development for 2013. In January 2019, Tim was promoted to Vice President of Arkansas and the Henderson, Nevada operation, and then to Vice President of the entire Nevada operation in January 2020. Effective January 2023 he is transitioning over the California operation duties as well.

Ryan began his career in July of 2004 as a Laborer in Columbus, Ohio. He was promoted to Equipment Operator, Crew Leader, Foreman, and Supervisor before being named Pennsylvania Division Manager in 2013, and Area Manager in 2014. Ryan’s scope of experience includes Natural Gas Distribution, Telecommunication, and Electric duct bank systems. Ryan is also a Jeff Keeler Leadership Academy (JKLA) Alum, class of 2012.

Scott began his career in June 1975 as a Laborer in the Dayton, Ohio area. He was promoted to Operator and Foreman before being named Columbus Area Manager in 1989. In April 1998, Scott was promoted to Vice President, Midwest Region. Scott’s range of expertise includes telecom, gas, and electric distribution systems. Scott has also been actively involved in the Teammate Development program and helped design Team Fishel’s Field Supervision 1 training program for the O’Fishel University. Scott is currently overseeing the Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Professional Services Group operations.

Scott joined Team Fishel in 2005 as a Sr. Project Manager in the Information Services department. In December 2008, Scott was promoted to Director of Information Services, responsible for managing Team Fishel’s information systems including Network, Telecom, Infrastructure, Security and Software Development. Scott was promoted to Vice President and CIO in January 2016.

Thad joined Team Fishel in 2019 as an Area Manager focused on our electric distribution operations. Thad was promoted to the role of Regional Area Manager in 2021. Thad was named Vice President in January of 2024 and is responsible for all electrical operations in the Florida market.

Vance joined Team Fishel in April 1993 as a Supervisor in Georgia. He later moved to Nashville, Tennessee as a Project Manager before relocating to Central Florida. In 1998, Vance was promoted to Division Manager and
Area Manager in 1999. He was promoted to Regional Manager of Florida in 2001 and received the Gray Eagle Award for Outstanding Performance and Leadership Development. In 2010, Vance again received the Gray Eagle Award. Vance was promoted to Vice President of the Southeast Region in January 2012. Effective January 2023 Vance is transitioning over the Texas operations as well.

Craig joined Team Fishel in 2000 as the Director of Human Resources & Safety. Craig has been instrumental in reducing our OSHA statistics by implementing and strengthening our training curriculum. Throughout his career, Craig has provided exceptional leadership that has resulted in critical business outcomes. Craig and his Team’s contributions include creating a safety culture built on being Accident Free, developing leaders at all levels through the Jeff Keeler Leadership Academy, and encouraging our Teammates’ well-being through our innovative Wellness Program. Craig was promoted to Vice President in January 2016. Craig assumed the duties of Business Development and Marketing effective January 2021.

Heather joined Team Fishel in September 2021 as Vice President of Finance & then became the Chief Financial Officer effective January 2023. Heather brings with her an extensive background in financial management and strategic development with previous organizations including national well known accounting firms, a global science and technology research development organization, and most recently as CFO of a successful software startup in the healthcare industry.

Brian began his career at Team Fishel as a CAD Technician in 2006. He was promoted to Area Manager in 2016. He is a graduate of the Jeff Keeler Leadership Academy (JKLA). Brian was promoted to Vice President of Engineering in January of 2024 and oversees all Team Fishel Professional Services Group (PSG) operations.
