Foreman in Phoenix, AZ

About this job

Team Fishel, the Best Choice Employer in the utility construction business, is looking to hire Foreman for their Phoenix, AZ location.  The purpose of a Foreman at Team Fishel is to manage the job site, maintain a safe working environment for our Teammates, customers and public and be accountable for quality, productivity and costs.

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

·         Review plans and permits

·         Establish daily crew goals

·         Communicate with customer

·         Assign job duties

·         Monitor progress

·         Evaluate Teammates’ performance and provide coaching

 

Requirements & Qualifications:

 

·         Trenching and Excavation

·         Certification in First Aid/CPR is desired

·         Basic Aerial Placement is desired

·         Valid Class A Commercial Drivers License construction

·         Ability to communicate with Teammates and customers

·         Backhoe, Trencher Operator is desired

·         Bi-lingual, English/Spanish is desired

 

Bilingual and prior construction experience is a plus

 

Team Fishel will provide on-the-job training in all areas of safety, including flagging certification, tool operation and maintenance.
