Team Fishel, the Best Choice Employer in the utility construction business, is looking to hire Gas Pipe Welders with Gas experience for their Mesa, AZ location. The purpose of a Gas Pipe Welders is to install steel gas pipe of all sizes by welding.

Responsibilities:

·         Installation of new steel gas mains & services using tools such as a welding machine, cutting torches.

·         Assemble and secure pipes, tubes, fittings, and related equipment, according to specifications, by welding, brazing, soldering.

·         Inspect, examine, and test installed systems and pipe lines, using pressure gauge, observation, or other methods.

·         Measure and mark pipes for cutting and threading.

·         Layout of pipe, supports, and related equipment, following blueprints.

·         Plan pipe system layout, installation, or repair according to specifications.

·         Modify, clean, and maintain pipe systems, units, fittings, and related machines and equipment, following specifications and using hand and power tools.

Requirements & Qualifications:

·         City of Mesa qualified for live gas work.

·         High School Diploma or equivalent.

·         One to three years related work experience.

·         Clean MVR needed

Bilingual and prior construction experience is a plus
